At Swift Digital Store, we do not offer a “trial” or “grace period” when purchasing digital products or services. All sales are final due to the immediate downloadability of our products. Once you’ve downloaded a digital product, it cannot be returned.
If you encounter any issues with any product after download, please record a video of the problem and send it to our support email at support@swiftdigital.store. After reviewing the issue, we will issue a private coupon for the same value of the product to allow you to download another product from the store.
These terms have been updated to prevent fraud and ensure both the safety of users and our store.

Please refrain from sending any products back to the original developer, as they will not be able to provide support.
Refunds
Due to the nature of digital media, once a product is downloaded, it cannot be “returned.” Refunds will only be considered if the digital product is found to be completely unusable.
In the case of an unusable product, we will make every effort to fix the issue. If we are unable to resolve the problem, a full refund will be issued.
Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you with any questions or issues you may have regarding the installation or configuration of the digital products purchased from our website.
Please note that while we offer support for installation and usage, we do not modify product functionality or fix bugs caused by the original developers.
Cancellation Policy
Swift Digital Store does not accept cancellations for any orders of downloadable digital products.
